Headquartered in Houston, Texas, PHILLIPS 66 is one of the oldest and largest companies in the industry. It refines crude oil and other raw materials, processes, transports, stores, and markets fuels, chemical products, and petroleum derivatives worldwide through 13 refineries in the United States and Europe. The Beaumont Terminal in Nederland, Texas, with a storage capacity of 16 million barrels of crude oil, is the largest terminal of PHILLIPS 66. We also operate 61 natural gas processing plants and 12 fractionation plants for Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), with a net nominal processing capacity exceeding 220 million m³ per day.
With the PHILLIPS 66, 76, and CONOCO brands, the company operates 7,550 service stations in the U.S., along with licensing agreements covering more than 1,000 additional locations. Aviation gasoline and jet fuel are sold at 800 Phillips 66 brand locations in the U.S. Internationally, the company has 1,630 registered outlets and 1,324 points of sale in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland through joint ventures.
We manufacture and sell automotive, commercial, industrial, and specialty lubricants, marketed worldwide under the PHILLIPS 66, KENDALL, and RED LINE brands, as well as other private labels. We also market high-quality clear hydrocracked base oils—Group II PURE PERFORMANCE and Group III—as well as Olefins and Polyolefins (O&P) and Aromatic and Styrenic Specialties (SA&S).
With one of the most extensive pipeline systems in the world, exceeding 33,000 km, and natural gas facilities with more than 100,000 km of pipelines, our Transportation and Distribution segment provides logistics for crude oil and refined products. It operates 40 finished product terminals, 38 storage facilities, 19 crude oil terminals, 5 LPG terminals, 11 internationally flagged oil tankers with capacities ranging from 300,000 to 1,100,000 barrels, two Jones Act–compliant ships, and 38 marine tugboats. The company also manages a fleet of more than 10,000 railcars and trucks that travel over 50 million km annually.
